TERMS & CONDITIONS

DISPLAY ADVERTS

1. Chamonix Networks shall provide a Display Advert on one or more of our portal web sites for a period of 12 months unless specified otherwise.
2. A Display Advert shall display in Standard mode with: a 30 character advert title, an image no larger than 140 pixels wide and 105 pixels wide, 8 rows of contact details, a 30 character url linking to an external site and 8 rows of 25 characters each for descriptive text.
3. A Display Advert for an accommodation has the option to display in Availability mode with: a 30 character advert title, an image no larger than 140 pixels wide and 105 pixels wide, with features by type, capacity, location, facilities and rental options.
   
4. Availability and prices shall display with full details on a Full Page Advert (FPA). A 'more information' link to an FPA.

FULL PAGE ADVERTS

A Full Page Advert is free with a Display Advert.

BANNER ADVERTS

MiniMax Banners

1. All Minimax Banners display in the left margin of a Chamonix Networks Portal web site.
   
2. The duration is as specified in the relevant invoice; either six or twelve months.
3. The width of all adverts is 168 pixels
4. Height options of 300 and 500 pixels are available
5. MiniMax Banners display on a percentage basis averaged over 1000 page views.

1. Are located at the bottom of the browser window
2. The width of a MaxiPage Banner is 815 pixels
3. The height of a MaxiPage Banner is 90 pixels
   
4. They are the last asset to load into a page.
5. MaxiPage Banners display on a percentage basis averaged over 1000 page views.

HOSTING

1. All hosting products are valid for a duration of one year
2. An up-time of 99.99% is guaranteed
3. Chamonix Networks is not responsible for any network outages between server and client.

RENEWALS

1. Chamonix Networks shall invoice for the renewal between 20 & 30 days prior to the renewal date.
2. Payment is due on or before the renewal date.
   
3. Where a renewal is not required, the customer shall advise Chamonix Networks by e-mail prior to the renewal date
4. Where no cancellation of the product is received the product shall remain active and the invoice shall stand.
5. Chamonix Networks reserves the right to add 25% to the cost of unpaid invoices.

JURISDICTION

Chamonix Networks Ltd contracts are subject to English law

SARL Chamonix Networks Ltd contracts are subject to French law.
